Who would do such an awful thing, right?? Fearing shed never survive in the wild, we captured her and gave her what was supposed to be a temporary home. She was thin, full of fleas, and very thirsty. We got her cleaned up and took her to the vet. She was a-ok! We soon discovered that her owners were neighbors of ours who released her when they couldnt handle her anymore. They claimed she chewed through her wooden hutch and part of their home exterior, that she was mean and aggressive. She was sweet to us, so we were skeptical. Fast forward to the present day. She isnt mean, but simply just Satans rabbit, or quite possibly Satan herself. She chewed through her outdoor hutch, which we fixed(and you can have), our baseboards, and her original cage. As you can see from the pic, she resides in a large dog crate, which you can also have. When shes eaten all of her food, she will fling her dish around in the metal cage. Her nails are like the sound of evil rubbing against plastic. It radiates throughout the whole house. She eats about 20 pounds of food a week. If you leave too much in there, she will toss it out of the cage or soak it in water then smear it around. So what are her positive points? 1. She is litter trained and housebroken. She use a plastic cat litter box. If you let her loose in the house she will hop back to her box to do her business. However, when you put fresh bedding in there, sometimes she will spread it around like confetti in her own personal jackass party (see pic). 2. She likes other animals. Shes bigger than a standard sized cat. Shes bigger than my fat cats. Shes almost bigger than my toddler. 3. Shes good with kids. She doesnt particularly care for me because I vacuum around her cage, but I am the only person she seems to truly dislike. In fact, she goes out of her way to do special things just to piss me off, like peeing in the corner of her cage instead of her litter box. 4. I believe with a home that has time for her, she could be an excellent pet. Keep in mind that we did not choose to have a pet rabbit, we were trying to do a good deed and its become too much for us. If you are interested in adopting Satans rabbit, aka Alice, we will be back from a trip next Monday. We will not send her to the pound so if we cant find her a home, we may just eat her(kidding).
