Jill Fineis, the Wenatchee School District’s science coordinator, is looking for some quail scat, if you happen have any handy. She wouldnt mind some wolf scat either. The scat is used to teach students about wildlife ecology. “Elementary kids love it,” Fineis said. “The idea that we’re looking at poop is hysterical to them.
