Jinta pulled her a little closer by the arm, cuddling her as per usual in her bed. He nuzzled her hair as she started to doze off on his chest, tracing her shoulder with his fingertips. Ari was startled out of her cozy drowsiness when a knock sounded at the door, which opened before she gave any permission. Kisuke stood in the doorway, staring quizzically at the two nestled up together under the covers, Arisu, theres a guest for you outside... He spoke softly, a scowl painted on his face. It was obvious that he was unhappy... Whether it was because he didnt enjoy the guest, or because Jinta had his hands on HER, they couldnt be sure. Arisu scoffed, Kisuke, Im in a night gown... Who could possibly need to see me at this time of night? She asked irritably as she swung her legs over the edge of the bed. She had been warm, and now she wasnt, which pissed her off. Whoever it was outside better be pretty damn high up on the pecking order, or she was going to kill them... ....Youll see. Jinta....Its best if you stay in here... Urahara replied, turning away. The tone in his voice made Ari truly uneasy, but she followed him out without another word, only pausing to glance back at Jinta apologetically. She shivered slightly as the cool air teased her bare skin, the night dress Uryu had made her not covering very much... She gasped when Kisuke stopped just short of the door, getting in her face. He stared at her seriously, a grave expression on his features, Im only going to say this once. I dont like him being here...and if he gives you any trouble at all, I will kill him...understood? Though she nodded, her mind began to race. Who could possibly have Kisuke THIS shaken up? Theres no way it was Shinji... He didnt hate the man THAT badly... No...It had to be someone far worse, but who? Who did she know that could stress Urahara out this badly? She took a steadying breath as Kisuke opened the door, waving in the mystery guest. She looked past the blonde with avid curiosity, and her heart stopped. In the doorway now was a slender blonde with hazel eyes. A teal mark crossed his cheek, and a small crown of bone adorned his forehead. He looked past Kisuke with his head tilted, wearing an endearing smile. All of Arisus fears melted away in that moment and she opened her mouth in disbelief, T-.....Tes?...... She could hardly say his name. It had been nearly a year since her escape from Hueco Mundo with Nnoitra, and her heart was pounding so hard that she felt faint, Tesla!!! She ran at him, launching herself into his welcoming arms, making him laugh. Its you! Its really you!! He chuckled, holding her tightly, Yeah, yeah, Arisu, its really me...You act surprised... He said in his usual tone, smirking at her in an amused sort of way. She didnt know whether to laugh or cry, so opted for both, holding him tightly around the barrel of his chest, Tes, they told me youd died... She sputtered a little, burying her face in her dear friends shirt. Her whole body felt numb... She couldnt believe that after all those stories Nnoi had told her, Tesla was actually alive...That bastard... Tes looked down at her, shocked at what he was hearing, Dead?.....Ari who said I was dead?? He asked, pulling her chin upward, making Kisuke leer. He really didnt like the Arrancar touching her in such a way... Arisu shook her head, just wanting to move on from the shock, No one...forget it... We should talk. I have a lot to fill you in on as far as Nnoitras incarceration goes... When he nodded down to her, she pulled away from his embrace, Ill go get dressed, we can stay at the Inn tonight so I can fill you in. With that, she walked back to her room, leaving the relaxed blonde with the angry one. Kisuke very noticeably didnt approve of the arrangement, but wasnt about to cross Arisu for a second time. He already cut it close when he mentioned Jinta possibly sleeping in his own room for the first time in 12 years, receiving negative feedback from Ari and Jinta both. It looked as though he wasnt splitting up that duo anytime soon, no matter HOW inappropriate their sleeping habits were... He stared daggers at the new man in the room, hoping for once that looks COULD kill. Im going to warn you once, Arrancar. One wrong move, and youre dead.... Tes, almost missing the comment grinned in return, this one much darker than the one hed given Arisu, Dont worry, Old Man. Ill take care of your little girl... His grin grew a bit, I always do~ He chuckled darkly as Ari came bounding out of her room with Jinta close behind, pleading for her to change her mind. Tes never broke eye contact with Kisuke, grinning all the while as he stretched out an arm, which Arisu happily met with her shoulders. Goodnight~ He chimed lightly back at Urahara and Jinta, escorting the young lady out of the front door, only stopping to cast a dark grin over his shoulder as the door shut, leaving behind the confused red head and an infuriated and offended blonde.....
