REST Days: 👉Recharge your mind, body & soul 👉Energize yourself for another week of success 👉Strengthen your entire body by giving it the opportunity to recover 👉Take time to do the little things that recharge your SOUL, and force yourself to slow down & appreciate even the littlest things At time in the fitness industry, I will see things like #NoDaysOff and Ill Sleep When Im Dead etc and it only baffles me. Reaching any fitness goal should be about your HEALTH, as much as reaching a specific physique. If you arent allowing your body to really rest and recover, you simply cant make progress with your goals. Period. Remember that taking time to properly rest and recover and SLEEP, is just as important as training and eating nutritiously.
