Job Available – Food Connection Pakistan Position Available : Business Development Manager Requirements Qualification : MBA/BBA Experience : 2+ years prior work experience in Sales, Business Development Responsibilities: · Going out to meet current and prospective clients. · Making sure new and existing restaurants, cafés and bakeries know about us. · Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings with new eateries · Work closely with Assistant BDM and Collection Officer to design, implement, analyze and deploy new business procedures · Planning and preparing presentations for clients. · Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress and suggest new strategies based on findings · Communicating new product developments to prospective clients · Build and maintain successful relationships with the team · Overseeing the development of marketing literature · Writing reports · Providing Head of Department with regular feedback · Make sure NONE of our existing clients are unhappy with our service and demeanor Required Skills: · Demonstrated results in meeting Sales quotas or Business Development goals · Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint · Excellent written and verbal communications skills · Experience leading and motivating a team and driving results · Knowledge of the sales process with the ability to understand and interpret customer needs using fact-finding to identify sales opportunities · An effective team player with a strong work ethic Salary : Market Compatible Interested & eligible candidates should forward their updated resumes immediately, mentioning ‘Name of the Position’, in subject line to: jobs@fcpakistan
