Job Description Key Responsibilities: · Identify opportunities, book appointments for the sales force with the emphasis on the high quality leads · Handling new inquiries and queries · Proactively follow up for all the leads · Create and manage the calling database to a high degree of accuracy · Managing Customer account information and maintain confidentiality · Helping existing clients and resolve their queries · Liaise effectively with all departments to ensure customer requirements are met · Coordinate with the team and clients · Meeting with the managers to give and report the updates and discuss any issues. · Contribute to the team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas Experience: · 2+ years of experience in tele-calling · Good convincing skills · Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Keyboard skills · Ability to handle cold calling · Strong Telephone manner · Demonstrated abilities in Prioritizing, Multitasking & Accuracy Personal Attributes: · Good Time management Skills · Being courteous, professional and persistent · Excellent English written verbal/oral communication · Quick learner and self motivated · Enthusiastic attitude & good work ethics · Ability to work independently as ell as in team · Ability to contribute positively in a team environment · Ability to meet tight deadlines · Willing to learn new things and adapt as per organizational goals Other Information about the Position: · This will be a 6-12 months contract based position · Salary – As per industry standards (no bar for the right candidate) · Position is Full time and the person will work at the company premises at Ahmedabad. · Must be able to start As soon as possible. · Interested candidates may send their resume or walk in between 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at below mentioned address Aeon Infosoft Pvt.
