Job Description: Maintenance Executive/Engineer: Qualification: B Tech /B.Eng in Electrical/Mechanical/ECC Relevant Industry: FMCG/Perfumes/Cosmetics/Pharma/Beverages Duties and Responsibilities : To ensure complete maintenance of all plant & machinery in the factory and improve the efficiency of the machines. To reduce machine down time by effective implementation of preventive maintenance. Trouble shooting of machine & major breakdowns in plant or machine. Ensure timely completion of projects by coordinating all activities effectively. Handling special projects related to plant & machinery To maintain proper inventory of spares to avoid last minutes rush Maintaining various records related to maintenance of machinery .e.g. History cards to be maintained for all the machineries in the factory. To finalize AMC with various supplier for all critical machines & maintaining proper records for the same. Evaluation & analysis of new machinery by dealing with various vendors, suppliers. Negotiation on above. Overall supervision and management of routine & major breakdowns. Desired profile of the candidate - Must have minimum 3-5years of specific experience in Industrial maintenance in Pharma/Beverage/Perfume/Cosmetics industry. - Should be an Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical. - Must have experience of handling maintenance of Filling, Packaging Machines, Material Handling Equipment’s, Water Treatment plants/Industrial Gas line maintenance etc. Only candidates fulfilling these criteria’s will be considered Experience required: 3 -4 years Please keep in touch
