The Regional director position, located in Amman, Jordan, is a full-time position commencing in February/March 2014. The timeframe of the contract is 2 years with a possible extension. The position is subordinated to the Head of the International Department. Responsibilities As Regional Director you will be responsible for SOIR’s operations managed from the Country Offices in Amman and Ramallah, involving responsibility for the regional budget and human resources. You will have the overall responsibility for the operational and strategic planning and development of the work in the region. You will also be in charge of the quality of the follow-up and reporting to SOIR’s Head Office and back donors.
