Job title: Sales Administrator Employment type: Permanent Location: Worthing Salary: From £23,000 - £27,000 Hours: Full time The main purpose of this role is to support the Sales and Marketing departments and assist with office administration. The successful candidate will ensure that the internal sales functions are carried out to the highest level and in the best interests of both the customer and the company. They will also have fantastic customer service, following up orders and ensuring customers new and old are happy. Main responsibilities: •Follow up Projects, Quotations created by the sales team. •Delivering excellent Customer Service, following up orders with both new and existing customers. •Ensure that CRM software is being used in every way to assist the sales team. •Maintenance and expansion of database. •Execution of e-shots (provided by Marketing) from the CRM software on a regular basis and follow up. •To ensure that the internal sales functions are carried out to the highest level possible •Overall support to the sales team to include booking of hotels, flights etc •Research into sales opportunities when required. •Assist Marketing Department with the organizing of exhibition attendance, seminars etc. •Assist Accounts Department with general admin when necessary Please contact us for more information by calling 01403 273370 or emailing permcvs@harrislord
