Joe, I’m writing to say how pleased I am with your service and your crew. The excellent service started just after I submitted an on-line request for a bid. Jeremy responded the next morning and came by about an hour later. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and the bid was fair. (It’s been five days and I still have not heard from two of the companies I contacted). I have three large ash trees covering my showcase garden that has just been on one major garden tour and will be on another tomorrow evening. I explained to Jeremy the necessity of making sure all of the limbs were directed over the fence to preserve the plants. Your crew arrived today (earlier than scheduled) and, after seeing the garden, assured me they would take care not to damage the flowers. The job they did was amazing, fast, difficult I’m sure, and very professional. I have to say that John is a true artist when climbing and pruning a tree, I watched him and still am not sure how he does it. He was working sometimes about 50 feet up. Brent is as proficient as they come in the bucket. Both of them worked in concert in the three giant trees, and not a single plant was damaged. They took great care in placing every branch they cut over the fence or in a neat pile, and they trimmed a lot. Justin took great care in cleaning up and even offered to power blow the garden walks to make sure the garden was clean, and Arnie was fabulous to work with from the moment he rang the doorbell. I would highly recommend your company to anyone, and will gladly be a reference whenever you need one. It was a pleasure to have everyone on your crew in our yard and in our trees. Great job!
