Johnny Hipps. I met Johnny when I went to work Drillers Service. About a year later I was working for him. Johnny was from Burke county, was a youth leader at his church, and like to laugh. Things we had in common. One of the best supervisors I ever worked for. Johnny taught me the importance of working AFTER you have left work. Learning a little more of your job on you own time. Why did he do this. He loved his work. This I began to do. Worked my way up to plant manager, Just by working about 10 to 15 mins extra a day after I left work. Thanks Johnny!
