Jon Tagg was one of the most intuitive musicians I have ever had the pleasure to play with. He was a good friend to me when I really needed one. He eventually became my father in law as well... The photo in the video Im posting is of Jon, Leyla and Cary-Ann. It was taken at Hampton Court Palace in 1978. The song you hear was the first song that Jon and I wrote and recorded together. I was really happy with the last minute or so as it builds into something powerful.... From the beginning until the build seemed way too long though to me, but Jons part of it... The lead guitar was something I just couldnt cut. He recorded the entire thing in one take, volume swells as all......We recorded travelthrough on one afternoon, @ our house in the woods around Hallstead, PA. Rest in peace hombre.
