Jr Sous and CDP (live in available) required We are looking to recruit and strengthen our team at the Osborne Hotel in Torbay. We are a 4 star hotel with 33 bedrooms that operates 3 styles of dining in the year. We have a formal 70 cover restaurant, 50 cover informal bistro & alfresco dining terrace. All of are cooking is heavily seasonal with monthly changing menus and daily specials and are cooked to a rosette standard, where possible everything is home made from breads to sauces through to pudding. We are looking for driven chefs that are looking a new challenge and enjoy working with fresh seasonal local produce.
