Juliet rocking the come, place, and down in my home. This pattern of behavior is meant to proactively provide Juliet with a job while she is indoors. Her job is to walk in the home, and calmly rest in place. Like many dogs, Juliet will anxiously pace around the house along with whining, and barking at anything which sounds or looks unfamiliar or unwanted. Place mitigates that bad behavior, and gives the dog a job.
