June 24th UPDATES: 1. Yes, we are still open to more entertainers. They may contact Mia Arroyo at creolelawtina@yahoo or Mark Guidry at [email protected] to coordinate performances and to assure audio/sound. 2. Attendees of this talent fundraiser will see and hear a variety of performances and entertainers (young and old) committed to this great cause. Talent includes vocalists, instrumentalist, a historic reenactor, comedy, etc. Among several, is Danny Metoyer who will sing his Cane River song selected for the Natchitiches tricentennial CD; Betty Metoyer Roque who will reenact Marie Thereze Coincoin; Michelle Kochinsky and Mark Guidry performing Christian music, Nola Carmouche with a surprise performance for kids, and much much more! (Mia has a growing list) 3. The show promises to move the spirits :) After the show, will be a traditional dance party with Houston Entertainment DJ Luis Aceves. We will have complimentary food and drinks. Also available are commemorative sales, auction items, and items for raffled items - all for the same GREAT cause!!!!
