Just So You Know... MORTGAGE FRAUD Banks dont have the required paperwork (The Note) to foreclose! So they hired a company called DOCS to forge signatures on millions of documents! WELL THEY GOT BUSTED AND MILLIONS OF PEOPLE ARE GETTING THEIR HOMES FREE AND CLEAR! I personally havent made a single payment as of 2009 and I am still in my home! There is a Maxim of Law: Possession is 9 tenths of the law, Actori incumbit onus probandi - The burden of proof lies on the plaintiff. Actio non datur non damnificato - An action is not given to one who is not injured. Ei incumbit probatio qui dicit, non qui negat - The burden of the proof lies upon him who affirms, not he who denies. Ex dolo malo actio non oritur - A right of action cannot arise out of fraud. Facultas probationum non est angustanda - The right of offering proof is not to be narrowed. Fraus est celare fraudem - It is a fraud to conceal a fraud. Fraus est odiosa et non praesumenda - Fraud is odious and is not to be presumed. Ignorantia facti excusat, ignorantia juris non excusat - Ignorance of fact excuses, ignorance of law does not excuse. Jus est norma recti; et quicquid est contra normam recti est injuria - The law is a rule of right; and whatever is contrary to a rule of right is an injury.
