Just a couple more weeks and our new space should be open! We are working very hard and at times it can be a bit overwhelming. For me, what makes it easier to get through is to have a plan for a wonderful vacation once the dust settles. Next year we will return to this beautiful spot in Rovinj, Croatia after biking the Camino de Santiago with friends. What will make this return visit even sweeter is that 3 years ago I did not swim in that glorious water as I was 35 lbs heavier and did not own a bathing suit. I have always been very health conscientious and dedicated to my health. But during that period of time we had opened Pan y Vino and Cabana and I did not make time for my exercise routine and then when I did suffered a knee injury made worse by the weight. What I learned is to make time for your health no matter what as it effects all aspects of your life and your relationships. And yes, next year Im going to dive right in there and will post pictures from one of the prettiest places I never swam at!
