Just a curious question. My understanding is that one of the main arguments of the NO campaign is that there are not enough tax payers in Scotland to cover the outgoings of an independent Scottish government. Apparently per head Scotland receives more money from Westminster than any other region in the UK. My question is how do Scotland intend to overcome this if the public vote YES tomorrow? I am neither a YES nor a NO voter, but would love to find out more on this issue.
