Just a quick note- there are traffic counters installed on Route 4 near Agway, Pizza Hut, and Broadway Lanes. These will help determine whether the NYS DOT should permit a traffic signal to be installed at the entrance to the new supermarket being proposed for the former Grand Union location. There are safety concerns that would be eliminated with a traffic light. Please help us give DOT an accurate traffic count by resuming travel on Route 4. Especially since the Hudson Falls project is wrapping up and it looks great. Lets make the grocery store happen! Thank you for your help!! -Darlene DeVoe
