Just because its The Holidays doesnt mean you get to eat the junk food thats out at work or social gatherings. This is the hardest part of the year to stick to the diet, yes. Theres more temptations around and everyone else is doing it. This is the time you need to stand up for yourself and your health, and say NO. Yes, it comes once a year. For the first 20 something years, you did eat the treats. You had the chocolate calendar. You had drinks at social gatherings, maybe even got hammered. Etc. This year, this time, say No. You have goals! Dont let anything get in your way! At first people are gonna ask why? Why are you not eating those? Why are you eating that? Why do you wake up every morning and do cardio first before you eat? Why dont you go out more often? Then when you get to your goals theyre gonna ask How, how did you get so lean? How did you say no during Christmas? How were you able to lift that? How did yoy get in such good shape?? They might not understand now, but they will. Theyll understand when you get there. Stay on Track! Holidays or no holidays, you gave goals! #GETFITWITHCHRIS
