Just did the new Turn Back Time standing workout! It has my FAVORITE variation of T-Tapp Twist! LOVE LOVE LOVE! No instructional but if you are familiar with Senior Fit, that is a good basis for this workout. This one moves faster than Senior Fit with less water breaks, but still plenty of kickouts and clap-aways. I feel wonderful! Going to try the floor portion tomorrow! Ill be doing a giveaway of this dvd on my blog soon! In the meantime you can check it out here:
