Just finished!!! I bought an outline drawing of Norma Burnells gorgeous fairy from her Etsy site. Then, I printed it onto a glitter iron-on transfer and ironed it onto muslin. Then, I painted the fairy with Tsukineko inks. I pieced a crazy quilt border. Next came all the fun stitching and embellishing. I used Shibori ribbon around the inner border (that I beaded and enhanced). Still have to put a backing and binding on it.
