Just for fun we can report on some of the hot selling items at the Alternative Giving Market this year! We just had to contact some of the charities to have them reprint gift cards that have sold out or are close to selling out. Some of the popular items selling well this year include: Alternatives to Violence - $20 gift card - Help pay for one night of shelter, food, clothing and support for a family fleeing their home for the safety of the confidential ATVP shelter. Friends of the Clearwater - $10 gift card - Work to protect rare Canada lynx from trapping throughout Idaho. Moscow Community Theatre - $15 gift card - Introduce an individual to a lifelong love of theatre by contributing to their participation in the next production. Moscow High School Human Rights/International Club - $15 Gift Card - Haiti Matenwa School Breakfast – provides breakfast 3x/week for one month. Well post other popular items soon. (This post is mean to be all in good fun as there were no standard print count for the nonprofits and hence no way to compare numbers of what is actually selling the most. Were just glad shoppers are buying!)
