Just from the funeral and burial of one of the Sons of the Chiefdom. Whyford Mwanza,,Aka KUJIWE,,. an Officer with zambia Prison Service ,was put to rest today at Mwelwa village ,,,with full military honour .a befitting send off indeed which our people both old and young ones were witnessing for the first time . Just want to put it on record that whyford was an inspiration to our young generation in the chiefdom and wherever he served in the course of his duties,,,,,,,, He was born and bred at Mwelwa village in 1968 and did his primary school at Luona pri sch and went katete sec school . Further went to the prison military training in Kabwe . He worked in central,eastern and Lusaka provinces and at the time he met his untimely death 4 days ago he had risen to the Rank of Supritendant ..and he was also an ardent soccer fan and a player during his youthful days as he was popularly known as KUJIWE .....,what a loss to our society . May the almighty God continue looking after his family .
