Just goes to show, DONT TRUST OR RELY ON YOUR SCALES! After a month of on and off clean diet plan and exercise usually at least 5 intense weight sessions at the gym per week - my weight has not changed at all HOWEVER; I have lost half a cm on my chest, 6cm off my waist, 2cm off my hips, a total of 1.8cm off my thighs and a total of 2.7cms off my calfs. A total of 13.5cm! My quads are gaining definition, as are my biceps! Imagine if I stuck to my meal plan the entire time without birthday cake and the other processed crap Ive eaten. Now Ive started my meal plan again, and I am adding in cardio a few times a week. Im so excited and motivated to see what other changes I can make! Big thanks to my boy Curtis who has been my biggest supporter and motivator, pushing me to my limits and correcting my form over and over and never stops believing in me especially when I dont believe in myself! Time to eat and go smash leg day!
