Just got back from my 2nd session at the Osteopath in Southwick and as well as the firm and slightly painful arm massage I was given, I also experienced my 1st 2 needles of acupuncture to give extra help with the nerves circulation:) and even after my 1st session last week I was able to move my index finger and wrist more than I have the past few months which I was very happy and amazed by! Thank u to Ben!! :)
