Just got my DCB and made the mac n cheese recipe tonight that my PC consultant used for a demo. But mine didnt come out the way his did. :( His was smooth and looked like it came out of a box (like Velveeta) but tasted like homemade. Mine tasted alright, but boiled over in the microwave and the cheese sauce separated (or rather perhaps it never properly congealed.) Can amybody tell me what I might have done wrong? I used slightly different ingredients, but the exact same measurements.
