Just had a call from a friend with the following warning yesterday she went to b&q car park and went shopping on return the the car she and her daughter where approached by a man who said that when they came in he noticed a panel loose on the car he offered to fix it but they declined his help he then went on to say he was a qualified mechanic but still they declined his help they then got the car checked at a local garage and the mechanic confirmed no faults with the car it looks like he is a scamer they did not get a reg but he was in a white transit type van they are going to report the incident to the police please pas this message around and if approached get in your car and lock the doors if in doubt get your car checked by a local garage and report to the police
