Just had a lady in the grocery store offer to give me some milk from her WIC. She only wanted $8 for 3 gallons. Now that is a good deal since milk is over $4 a gallon. My question is havent I already paid for it?! Im not against anyone getting help but if you are going to get the stuff and not use it or give it away, why even get it at all? There are countless people like my husband and myself who get up everyday and go to work so people like her and countless others can go get their free stuff and give it away. Kinda makes me want to quit my job and stay at home to see what kind of freebies I could get, but Im not made that way. Somewhere the idea of help translated into entitled. Not sure where the meaning got lost, but it certainly has. Lord please forgive me because I had bad thoughts about this. Gonna pray that this woman sees that what she is doing is wrong. I can only hope. Happy Labor Day to us all!
