Just had a really full on cinematic surreal satirical horror dream. A body snatcher like alien infection creates a herd mentality of manic humans behaving in an atavistic way in an endless bizarre party, survival dependent on being able to fit in with the strange behaviour. After surviving the initial attack of head eating monsters, which either eat or implant their victims, I bluffed my way to the British quarantine zone, which was breached before I could explain what was going on, when one of their military men innocently went on leave. We escaped by creating then climbing tall structures with girders, clinging on to the top as the maniacs attempted to push us over. Chevy Chase had a cameo as one of the people who first figures out how to fit in, but when he participates in a body contact activity with the others, they hear his thoughts, and is lost.
