Just had a very positive experience with Zynga billing support..I had redeemed a 25 USD gift card today during the fc sale and received the non-sale amount of fc (142) instead of the 237. I sent an email and it was immediately answered and the sales amount plus 55 was added to my farm..kudos and thanks to my support agent.I am a thankful, happy farmer again. And Thank you, Dirt Farm team for being here so i could ventilate then and celebrate now :)
