Just heard from Asem and this is what transpired in court today. The teen who stole and caused the demise of Ozzi pled guilty. His pre sentencing will be on November 12, 2014. One teen had the charges dropped because he was present but had nothing to do with the death of Ozzi. The third teen may have the charges dropped for the same reason unless they can find more evidence that he was an active participant in causing Ozzis death. The actual sentencing will be later on and not determined at this hearing. I know many would like to pm Asem today. I am just asking that maybe we wait a day for this has been extremely stressful for him and he needs a break to rest.
