Just in from 89.5 CIUT FM email to The Prophecy members: Thank You Another successful Fundraising Campaign is complete. And we had our best year ever! The New Sound of Your City membership drive campaign concluded on November 28th, 2014 and once again, CIUT listeners and supporters answered CIUTs call-out for monetary donations. The amount realized from this campaign was $45,000.00. The favourable outcome of the fall campaign coupled with the extraordinary success of The Sound of Your City membership drive in April made it the best year in the radio stations history when it comes to financial support from our listeners. Of course, the April drive was a triumphant event! The end result allowed us to confidently go out and acquire a new state-of-the-art broadcast transmitter. It was installed and put into operation on August 14th of this year. So, a massive thank you is in order from all of the volunteers and staff of CIUT for your continuing financial support for this unique, distinct and stand-alone broadcast operation!
