Just listen, a great depiction of the double standard in America. You dont have to like your fellow man but at least have the decency/respect to allow he/she to live. I see all these images of African American men and women being aggressively taken down and beaten while in positions of surrender and it sickens me. It makes it worse because I know if the same acts were committed by another culture especially African American justice would be much more swift, the body wouldnt be allowed to lie on the concrete for hours, the reason for the shooting would be demanded the same day not almost a week later, the name of the officer would have been released days ago etc. I know GOOD COPS and I feel for them because certain officers take lives into their hands and ruin the reputation of the profession that already has a poor relationship with the communities they are to protect. But this brutality has to stop. One shot to the leg will stop a person from running, 5 more shots... what were they for?
