Just looked at another German recipe website ... curious about their German potato salads ... looking to see what types they have. Well, they have 50 pages with 10 recipes per page ... 557 potato salads ... no wonder we get lost in thinking that ours is the only right one. But, its the one we love. And thats important. Make yours the way you like. Call it German if youre German. Call it traditional if thats the way its been made in your German family for as long as you can remember. And feel good about it.
