Just made some homemade sweet Italian sausage with fresh garlic (top right), diced sharp imported provolone cheese (bottom right), fresh basil (bottom left) and imported grated Parmesan Cheese (top left). Man this shit looks good if I do say so my self. Smells more like meatball mix with sharp imported provolone rather than sausage. Ill have this for sale for the week and on the specials next week. Still gotta price it out. Shouldnt be too much higher than our original sweet sausage.
