Just my subjective opinion, but Transformers: Age of Extinction is the most disappointing movie of the year. I have enjoyed a lot Michael Bays previous Transformer movies, despite all the critics, but this one... Oh boy, its not even giving that Michael Bay feeling. You can skip the first 90 minutes easily. Btw, spoiler alert: those cool dinosaur-bots you see in the trailer - they appear only at around 100th minute. They have their role in the Transformers universe, but all we get is a line or two about them. The plot is non-existent, even compared to the previous movies. Btw, Im fine with the movie advertising the latest supercars, after all its about autobots, but when the movie shamelessly advertises various brands up to the point that the main character pops a bottle of cold beer and we get the close-up of it, its just too much. Yes, even when compared to Transformers 1,2 and 3. Mark Wahlberg is probably the only good thing about this movie. Other actors are plain bad. Hey, Ill take Shia LaBeouf and Megan Fox over them any day. Or that sector 7 guy :D Maybe its just me, but this movie lacked so much from the previous ones. Such a disappointment.
