A good insight into the functioning of PMO. Ultimately MMS emerges as a tragic hero. The only PM who was denied Authority. He allowed himself to become an object of such ridicule in his second term in Office (UPA II), in the process devaluing the office of Prime Minister. is the ultimate terse comment about MMS by his once Man Friday.
