Just picked up at Hilton what a pure shambles....they have a dafty with a red Tracky (volunteer)blocking entrance to Hilton telling u to drive up EXIT road then 5 guys come to my window,why u here were u going who phoned u are they here????they then direct u to turn on road and REVERSE towards front door while cars are coming towards you leaving there carpark?????and guys with yellow hi vis vests and passes on point and talk in radios like jack Bauer!!!haha fuds
