Just sent to EE: Dear Dan, Despite our on going communication - TopicsExpress

Just sent to EE: Dear Dan, Despite our on going communication regarding the reduction of signal in the Brecon/Crickhowell & Builth Wells/Llangammarch Wells areas I am hugely disappointed that serious short fallings remain, in these areas and also in other parts of my constituency, including Knighton; in Powys, including Newtown; and Wales, including parts of Cardiff. With signal strength and coverage not up to the previous levels seen under Orange and T-Mobile. I myself continue to experience calls dropping in locations where I previously had signal and I am still being contacted daily by constituents from across the County complaining to me in person, via facebook, email and phone. I am angered that despite having been promised that individual claimants will be contacted, a number of constituents who have filed complaints and compensation claims have still not seen improvements in service or any progress in their claims; this disregard for customers and poor communication is unacceptable. Roger Williams MP and I request an urgent meeting with a Senior, UK level, representative of EE and we are happy to travel to London or elsewhere in the country to facilitate such a meeting. I note that UK wide EE signal issues have been highlighted on the BBC Consumer Programme Watchdog (bbc.co.uk/programmes/b006mg74/features/ee-poor-phone-call-reception-4g) and as my constituents and I believe many EE customers across Wales and the UK have experienced an unacceptable reduction in service I fully intend to raise my concerns once again with the local and national media in order to ensure that EE treats this issue with the seriousness it deserves. I look forward to your reply. Kirsty
