Just so this is clear (because apparently it now needs to be stated) this is NOT a sales post. Has anyone here heard or downloaded the game Ingress? Its basically a modern CTF game, except to move your character... YOU have to move. Thats right. You have to physically go to a location, called Portals and capture them, for your team, which is made up of thousands upon thousands of players all over the world. Vs the other team, of similar make up. All portals are accesable, not necersarily to the public but to many people, military bases are a yes, private property is a no, private property right next to the street (like a mailbox) is a yes though. All portals are special, usually works of art or creativity, and youd be surprised at just how many there are around cities. The two teams are the Resistance, my team, blue, we fight the weird energy source coming through the portals trying to take over our thought patterns, we believe thats why people are pushed to make creative things there, because they were influenced. And the Englighted, they think that the energy (XM) is a new state of human existance and that we should embrace it. Its insanely fun and has a great community. Go check it out on Google Play or (very recently released) the App Store for Apple.
