Just spent an enjoyable weekend with the grandchildren a couple of weeks ago at Stone Mt. Ga. The parents went too. Brent drove with Bettys help. Where he had worked all day, I don,t think it was appreciated much. We had just started up the Mountain, when Lane smiled and asked "Are we there yet" I wanted to give him a thumbs up, but it was still daylight. Bentley and I was in the middle seats, and Lane and Sara Beth was in the back. Their main complaint was "Your foot is touching mine" we got there at 1:AM Bentley Was riding in my lap on the scooter wide awake now. He pulled the leaver and it was sit on high, and we took off down the hall, which was At least a quarter mile long. Betty and the kids caught us and was laughing so loud, a man came out of a room, and called us down for making too much noise so late. I have to say the State park was really nice, and the laser show was awesome. The last day there we had a little trouble finding a restaurant, using the GPS on a smart phone. I didn,t say nothing but we passed the same building three times. They finally cut it off, and found it. But we got back safe and sound. Thankful for that.
