Just spent an hour at the Sprint store in Orem trying to navigate the machinations of the Framily plan. It would sure make life easier if these great new plans and promotions treated current (loyal) customers with as much enthusiasm and courtesy as new customers. Can you imagine if you walked into your favorite restaurant and asked for the special and the waiter said, yeah... Thats only for new patrons. Youve been coming here for years so you will have to pay full price and we will force you to pay extra for a dessert - even if you dont want it. On the bright side, Ed Waterhouse (lead retail) was incredibly kind and patient and calmed my very frustrated Framily members that were with me. He helped us sort out what we needed and stuck with us until we got our plan settled. (I will now be saving at least $60/month on my iPhone service plan.) I was supremely impressed with his demeanor and professionalism. If you need services or equipment from Sprint, go see Ed at the Orem store, corner of State and Center.
