Just spent most of today filming a cooking segment for Vincenzosplate. We grilled up 2 lovely 800gr T-Bone Steaks just above the charcoal Florentine Style.... Big thanks to Vincenzos Plate for inviting me to #BBQ on his YouTube channel and the support team behind the scenes directing, recording and filming us both doing what we love doing. Big thanks also to my local Butcher Aldos Meats in Leichhardt for saving me these lovely Porterhouse T-Bones... These where just Awesome Steaks!
