Just talking with a friend and I had asked her how she found her coach. She said she popped up on her newsfeed. I was also thinking about the talk my coach did for our group last night. So many people in our business feel like they are not the product of the product because they dont have a six pack or maybe they are not at their goal weight. So they dont seek out people or are embarrassed to try and offer help. I thought about why I sought out my coach and its wasnt her abs. It was her smile and the gleem in her eye and she seemed to love what she did. One of my other mentors I met at a BeachBody meeting and she hugged me and I just remember watching her the whole time and thinking that girl is special. So stop thinking your outside is what you need to be a good coach. If you are trying to be the best person you know how and doing our programs and have a genuine want to help people then just do it! That is being a product of the product. Our product isnt just a shake. Its a lifestyle, a healthy one where not only do you change but your life does. So no more woe is me...got it?
