Just to clarify- my post about Robin Williams is no more than a mentioning of an actor/comedian that I enjoyed. He did some amazing things on the screen and stage. With that being said- it does not mean, in any way that I agree with the way the media is handling this tragic news. It is viral- within what seemed like minutes it went from a few posts to being everywhere. Suicide is a controversial and terrible thing. As much as I admired Robin Williams for his work on the screen Im equally disappointed by his choice to leave his family and loved ones behind, in what I feel is an inexcusable act. No matter what the cause you have to feel grief for those left behind. We have men and women dying each and every day as they defend our country. The only choice they made was to defend our United States of America no matter what the cost. it is sad that we dont see as much coverage and attention to those stories of tragedy and loss.
