Just to let everyone know....there is an upcoming Youth Summit that has been organized to bring together regional Aboriginal people aged 12-29. There are great workshops on Indigenous Contemporary Dance, Culture and Environment, and Wellness as well as a teaching by John Rice on the 7 stages of life. It is Nov 23 from 9-5, it is free of charge event, and all of your meals and snacks will be provided so no worries about bringing food. It is in Oshawa, but transportation can be arranged if there is enough interest from the Peterborough area.
