Just want to thank everyone who took the time to send prayers or thoughts for us. Im relieved to say WERE GREAT! The kids slept through it from about midnight on. The worst of it came between 2:00 and 5:00 am. Lights flickered, walls groaned, and I dumped a couple inches of water out of containers from around my sliding glass doors. I managed to sleep about two hours, but thats really only about half of what I usually get. Chris is still sleeping, and so are he kiddos. As you can see, the wind is still high, but the body of water you see first in the video is the Sound, which is where they expected the most problems. This was taken from our living room deck, which is on the top floor of the house. There are cars driving around, I can see the main road from the dining room, and I even spotted a man walking a dog carrying four to-go coffees! So it would appear life is going on here in Duck. :) God bless you guys, and thanks again!
