Just wanted to give everybody a huge thanks for coming out to our 18th manual spring sign up day and for the fifth time practice. Congratulations to Bart Bast Division one points champion for the 18th time, Chris Popanz division two points champ and Harlan Bast division three champion. We also gave away just over $5000 dollars in points money accumulated by Fast Fridays and USA Speedway. Bart Bast took home almost $1000 dollars! Also, the BBQ was a success and thanks again to everybody that contributed to the pot luck it was super good! Those that were able to attended the practice we treated to plenty of pre season time on a well prepared track that included all divisions and youth riders, 14 PWs, Run what u brung and two sidecars. The sign ups and practice was well run by Fast Fridays officials, pre season Marianne Hamilton, Doug Champ, Breanna Essary and our referee Ellis Byrd. Dont forget we are staging a 2nd practice this Friday the 18th and will be the last chance before the 2014 season opener at Fast Fridays on May 9. If you are not yet signed up at FFMS we will have sign ups available all week at our office at the speedway (530 878 7223) and will have forms available on Friday until 5:30 pm at speedway office. Practice sign ups open at 5:30, riders meeting at 6:15 practice 6:30 until about 8:30 or until you worn out. Also wanted to say thanks to Michael Kirby and Matt Kimel of the Auburn Journal for the coverage that was given to our pre season event. Again THANK YOU! Entire Fast Fridays family
