Just what are the components of this conversation between the police departments and their own communities? Seriously? They keep saying that, but the time for conversation is over. Those in the community need to watch Chris Rocks video, and follow its advise. Period. No need to talk about it. If anything, those in the community need to stop shooting and killing each other. That will vastly improve their reputation, and put the cops at more ease when working in the community. It has nothing to do with melanin count and everything to do with reputation.
